Changes to our mortgage products

With effect from Thursday 12th July 2018, we will be making the following changes to our mortgage product range:

  • 2 year fixed rates on fee paying products across 60%, 70%, 75% & 90% LTV bands have increased
  • 2 year fixed rates on fee saver products across 60%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85% & 90% LTV bands have increased
  • 3 year fixed rates on fee paying products & fee saver products across 60%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85% & 90% LTV bands have increased
  • 5 year fixed rates on fee paying products & fee saver products at 60% LTV have increased
  • 2 year tracker rate products across all LTV bands have increased

Premier Exclusive Products

  • 2 year fixed rate products with £1499 fee across 60% and 70% LTV bands have increased
  • 3 year fixed rate products with £1499 fee across 60% and 70% LTV bands have increased
  • 5 year fixed rate product with £1499 fee at 60% LTV has been increased

In addition to the above, all Fixed Rate end dates have been extended as follows:

  • 2 Year Fixed Rates have been extended to 30/11/2020
  • 3 Year Fixed Rates have been extended to 30/11/2021
  • 5 Year Fixed Rates have been extended to 30/11/2023
  • 10 Year Fixed Rates have been extended to 30/11/2028
