Changes to our mortgage products

With effect from Thursday 14th March 2019, we will be making the following changes to our mortgage product range:

  • 2 year fixed standard 85% and 90% LTV increased
  • 2 year fixed fee free 60% to 80% and 95% LTV reduced
  • 2 year fixed fee free 85% and 90% LTV increased
  • 2 year fixed Premier 60% and 70% LTV increased

  • 3 year fixed standard 70% to 80% and 90% LTV reduced
  • 3 year fixed standard 85% LTV increased
  • 3 year fixed fee free 60% to 75% LTV have reduced
  • 3 year fixed fee free 85% and 90% LTV have increased
  • 3 year fixed fee free 85% and 90% LTV have increased

  • 5 year fixed standard 60% to 75% LTV reduced
  • 5 year fixed fee free 60% to 75% LTV reduced
  • 5 year fixed Premier 60% and 70% LTV reduced

  • 10 year fixed fee free 60% to 75% LTV increased

  • 2-year tracker standard 70% to 85% LTV reduced

All of the fixed rate end dates have changed as per below:

2 year 31/07/2021
3 year 31/07/2022
5 year 31/07/2024
10 year 31/07/2029

There are no changes to any mortgage interest rates across BTL.
