Carol has 22 years’ experience in Financial Services. Carol began her professional career with Nationwide Building Society as a Financial Consultant, subsequently spending six years in the intermediary sector as whole of market mortgage broker and joined HSBC UK as a Mortgage and Protection Manager in 2015.
Supporting brokers and providing an amazing customer experience with HSBC UK is her passion.
When she is not working, Carol enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, walking in the Yorkshire Dales and going on holidays in the sunshine.
