Danny started with HSBC UK in 2008 and spent nine years working various roles within the Underwriting Service teams before moving across to the Intermediary team.

Danny has been responsible for the set up and development of a number of key teams within the operation and manages the change and implementation for the channel. Danny is passionate about enhancing the customer journey and ensuring that we deliver the highest quality service.

Outside of work, Danny is married with two young children and enjoys spending time watching Manchester United.
