Helen Foletti
Business Development Manager
Helen has had a vast and varied career with HSBC UK, having worked for bank for 25 years. She started her career on the Mortgage Service Centre Helpdesk, which gave her a solid foundation as to how the end-to-end mortgage journey works, and the importance of providing excellent service to our customers.
Using this knowledge of policy and criteria allowed Helen to move into the Audit team, overseeing Underwriter decisions and ensuring these were sound and robust.
Other subsequent roles followed in the Complaints and Probate team before starting her journey with Intermediary Mortgages in 2016, and she has helped to develop and shape our proposition right from its inception.
Helen is really passionate about her work and will always go out of her way to help brokers with getting complex cases over the line, ensuring the best outcomes for both the broker and their customer.
Outside of work, Helen likes to keep fit, settling down to read a good book, and spending time with her family.
