Jess is based in Leeds and has worked within the HSBC group for 13 years. She has been a mortgage advisor at first direct for nine years, and knows first-hand how satisfying it is getting cases to completion.
Jess is passionate about building and maintaining trusted relationships with her brokers, and takes pride in knowing she does everything in her power to help her brokers to an exceptional standard. She aims to go the extra mile to ensure her brokers are confident with her delivery and get the best outcomes possible.
Outside of work you will often find Jess with her family walking on the weekends, or running around after her two young children to their various clubs or watching her husband play rugby.
