John Semple

John has worked for HSBC UK since 2007, during which time he has been employed in several roles and has built up a wealth of experience within financial services. He spent nine years as a Mortgage and Protection Manager before taking a short hiatus from Mortgages, working in Pension and Life Fund Accounting.

Now as a Business Development Manager John is keen to use his knowledge of all things HSBC and in particular HSBC UK mortgages, to assist his brokers in any way he can. John is experienced in building trusted working relationships by delivering first class customer service and he will continue to do this as a BDM from his base in sunny Scotland.

Outside of work, John is a Motherwell FC season ticket holder (glutton for punishment). He enjoys sports in general, Boxing, MMA and Ice Hockey are among his favourites. He loves to travel and is an avid cinema goer.
