Louise Evans

With over 25 years’ experience in the financial service industry, Louise brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team. She began her career as a Mortgage adviser for NatWest, where she spent seven years helping customers through their home buying journey. Louise has since led numerous sales, marketing, and operations functions within both the Network and DA club divisions for The LSL Group (PTFS, Primis & TMA). Her experience spans across various propositions including protection, general insurance, technology and compliance, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the evolving needs of Intermediaries.

Joining the HSBC UK Intermediary team in 2025, Louise now leads the Business Development Managers across the Central region. Her passion for supporting both her team and brokers remains at the heart of her role, with continued focus in building relationships for long term success.

Outside of work, Louise loves all things Peloton – whether its running on the tread or cycling on the bike. She’s also a big sports fan and a proud supporter of Aston Villa, but most of all, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
