Michelle Gardner
Senior Business Development Manager
Michelle joined HSBC UK in 2008 and worked as a Mortgage and Protection Manager in the branch network for eight years, before becoming a BDM for the Intermediary channel in 2016.
Prior to working at HSBC UK, Michelle had worked for Santander as a mortgage adviser and also spent time in underwriting, before several years as a mortgage broker, providing her with a strong background, both in mortgages and what it takes to deliver excellent customer service.
Michelle really enjoys working with our intermediary partners, helping them to look after their customers and get those difficult cases to offer!
When not at work, Michelle likes spending time at home with the family and away in the sunshine.
