Phil Vaughan

Phil started his role as a Business Development Manager for HSBC UK in 2015, having previously worked as an underwriter for six years. Prior to this Phil worked as a mortgage broker for five years so he has clear understanding of the mortgage market and financial services as a whole.

He is passionate about getting the right outcomes for his brokers and their customers through exceptional day to day support, on-going training and using his vast array of experience to get it right first time.

Outside of work he likes swimming and running but his main passion is golf.
