Joe Geldart
Business Development Manager
Joe started his role as a Business Development Manager at the beginning of 2021. He has always worked for HSBC UK and his career began with the bank in 2008, immediately after leaving sixth form. Before becoming a BDM, Joe was an experienced Mortgage and Protection Manager for seven years, and prior to that held customer support roles within Mortgages. He has gained a strong understanding of financial services and in particular, what it takes to place successful business with HSBC UK.
Joe enjoys using this knowledge to now help intermediaries meet their customers needs. Building relationships and having different conversations every day is what makes the role so interesting to him.
Joe also loves sport, in particular watching football, boxing and Formula 1, and he has recently taken up what he describes as the most frustrating hobby of all time…golf!
