Sian Burt

Sian is based on the ‘sunny’ Isle of Wight and brings 20 years of experience in financial services. She joined HSBC UK in 2006 and before stepping into her remote BDM role in July 2024, spent five successful years as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser. Earlier in her career, Sian held a range of customer-focused positions within the Branch Network along the South Coast.

She’s passionate about building genuine, down-to-earth relationships with brokers, drawing on her strong background in customer service. Sian prides herself on her ability to connect with people, fostering trusted and long-lasting partnerships.

Outside of work, Sian is a busy mum to two teenagers - often found ferrying her daughter to football training and matches, and her son to his equally packed rugby schedule. When she does get a rare moment to herself, she enjoys the local beaches in summer, or you will find her curled up with a good book or bingeing a psychological Netflix series with a glass of wine by the fire in winter.
