Changes to our mortgage products
With effect from Thursday 6 October 2022 we will be making the following changes to our range:

- 2 Year Fixed Standard at 60%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85% and 90% LTV have decreased
- 3 Year Fixed Fee Saver at 60%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90% and 95% LTV have decreased
- 3 Year Fixed Standard at 60%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85% and 90% LTV have decreased

There are no changes to any of our fixed rate end dates or any of our other interest rates.
Our Buy to Let proposition still remains off sale for Purchase, Remortgage and Existing Customers Borrowing More until further notice. It is available for Existing Customers Switching only.
An updated mortgage rate sheet will be published on Thursday 6 October to reflect these changes.
