Valuation fees

HSBC only offer a Standard Valuation or a Scottish Transcript as part of our application process.

If you require a more detailed type of valuation report (i.e. Homebuyers Report or Building Survey) this can be sourced by contacting the Valuation Panel Manager who is arranging the Standard Valuation. Please contact our Broker Support Team via Live Chat or call 0345 6005847 for further details.

Alternatively the Homebuyers Report or Building Survey can be arranged independently using the services of an appropriately qualified surveyor.

Details of independent surveyors who are qualified to undertake these can be obtained via the RICS website.
